Before the confict escalates
I help people involved in energy projects work through conflicts and break deadlocks so they can find solutions together. By facilitating constructive dialogue and designing participatory processes, I create space for open and productive conversations before tensions escalate. This way, different interests can be heard, misunderstandings resolved, and perspectives brought together – with mutual respect and a focus on rebuilding trust.
About me
Over the past 15 years, I have come to know the energy sector from many different perspectives – including those of grid operators, energy suppliers, citizens and associations. Working with a diversity of views has therefore become a natural part of my professional practice. As a mediator, I work impartially while also bringing the ability to quickly grasp different perspectives and make them useful for constructive dialogue processes.

My approach
My approach is based on impartial mediation with a clear process framework. By combining expert energy management know-how with professional conflict resolution, I create an understandable structure in complex situations involving various interests.
My background
I am a Certified Mediator (Specialization: Infrastructure and Energy Transition) and a trained communication scientist with a specialisation in War and Conflict Studies (Aarhus University, the University of Amsterdam, and Swansea University). I have ten years of professional experience in the energy sector and am a member of the German Federal Association for Mediation (Bundesverband Mediation e. V.). I offer mediation services in German, English, and Polish.
